Here is the set-up of my gang for the first turn, Mouse.
The Squat group and the pointman Reese McGee are 12 inches from the edge. The Zoat (Bert) and the Beastman are 8inches from the edge. Same with Ulysses and the ex-Scouts. The rest are all 7 inches from my table edge.
