Shadows From A Plastic Game

Bright, bright sun today made for a very shadowy game.  Ended up liking the photos of the shadows more than than the pics of the minis, so....

And then, Yikes!, coming out of the shadows...

Always knew a Zombie Apocalypse would happen on a sunny day.

    1. Hey thanks, Thantsants! That's what I was thinking too as I was going through the photos. Especially the second pic. And for the third one, I swear, everytime I look at it I see movement. It freaks me out a bit.

    4. Funny you should mention that - just finished up Throgg's Despoiling Hobgoblins of the Darklands complete with basing inspired by Achilleos' Orc Charge painting off of Ravening Hordes. Pics to come soon...

    1. Oh yeah! Nice idea, Zhu! I'd buy it straight away. And wouldn't it be great if someone uncovered a new set of forgotten fantasy rules from the 70's? Perhaps written by some free jazz freak living in a New York City Loft in 1972 who makes his own miniatures and plays with them on a 20 foot sandtable? There's my daydream for the day...

    1. Hi 24_ Cigs,

Yeah, I always think of the best games as little pieces of theatre, and it would be really cool to make some T-shirts with pics of one's favourite minis on them. And the joy that gaming brings is definitely priceless. Thanks for popping by, 24_ Cigs!

    1. Hey hey Mouse, yeah, I really would like to see it again. Perhaps a crazy triple bill of it, Wizards and Heavy Metal. I'm dying to see Heavy Metal again! And then follow it with The Wall and the first Conan, as an early morning encore! Oh yeah, there is a Lost Weekend worth of viewing mania to enjoy sometime soon, I hope!
